The Takato Castle ruins park is a famous place of the Sakura tree which in Japan.  While watching an article telling the fact that the best time has ended in the newspaper's "blossom guide", I thought that I wanted to take a look at the present of Takato Town.  Rather, the atmosphere is better if there are few people than there are a lot of people.　A single flower may be waiting for me. I thought so affirmatively and decided to go to Takato Castle ruins park.

高遠城址公園は、日本でも有名な桜の名所だ。新聞の「花だより」に見頃が終わったことを告げる記事を見ながら、ふと時期をはずした高遠はどんなだろうと考えた。 むしろ人ごみの中より、人気がない高遠の方が味わい深いのではないか。もしかすると、待っていてくれる一輪があるかもしれない。そう肯定的に考え、高遠城址公園行きを決めた。

I pack up and carry my bicycle from Matsumoto Station to Kinoshita Station, on Iida Line and I ride it from Kinoshita Station.  I ride by bicycle from Kitatono Station and run the Tenryugawa River right bank.  As it is, it runs about 3 kilometers until it passes Ina City area and connects with National Route 153.

JR飯田線の木ノ下駅まで輪行し、そこから自転車を漕ぎ出す。北殿駅付近から天竜川沿いに出ると、伊那市街地を抜け、国道153号と接続するまで約３㎞を天竜川右岸沿いに走行する。

I can see Tabata Station from the embankment of the Tenryugawa River.  The rape blossoms are blooming and the figure of a person cultivating the field becomes a picture.  If a train comes to the station, a better photograph will take out.  While thinking that I can take better pictures, I left there with strong reluctance.

天竜川の堤防から田畑駅が見える。菜の花が咲き、畑を耕す人の姿が絵になる。駅に電車が来てくれれば、もっといい写真が撮れるのにと考えながら、後ろ髪引かれる思いで後にする。

Go Ina city area and join the National Route 153.  It is dangerous to ride a bicycle because there is a lot of traffic on the car.  Immediately move from Nijo Bridge（Photo left） to the left bank of Tenryu River.  Beyond the city area, you can see the Central Alps of remaining snow, Mt.Komagatake = altitude of 2956 meters.

伊那市街地に入り国道153号と合流する。交通量も多いので、自転車の走行は危険。すぐに二条橋（写真左）から天竜川左岸に移る。市街地の向こうに、残雪の中央アルプス・駒ケ岳＝標高2956㍍が見える。

Heading east from the Ina City Hall and run on the Mibugawa River cycling road.  The cycling road is a course of about 10kilometers that go around the downstream Ryuto Bridge and the upstream Mibugawa Bridge.  Some overlap the road, but you can run comfortably while watching the Central Alps.

伊那市役所から東に針路をとり、三峰川サイクリングロードを走行する。下流の竜東橋と上流にある三峰川橋を周遊する約10㎞のコースだ。一部、車道と重なるが中央アルプスを眺めながら快適に走ることができる。

Cross the Mibugawa Bridge and run a bicycle on the left bank.  The Mibugawa River cycling road has passed, However the road continues like a cycling road for a while.  The embankment road, which is smaller than the roadway, has a good view.  The Takato Castle ruins park is approaching in front.

三峰川橋を渡り左岸沿いに走行する。サイクリングロードを離れたが、しばらく自転車専用レーンのような道が続く。車道より小高い堤防道路なので眺望がいい。正面には高遠城址公園が近づいてくる。 

I eat "Lowmen" of the famous food of Ina city at Takato Town.  "Lowmen" is also called "charmen".　 Fry mutton and vegetables and add steamed thick noodles.  It is a unique flavor which is different from ramen and Yakisoba.  The shop recommends to eat it with vinegar, so it is tired and gentle on the body.

高遠のまちで、伊那市の名物料理ローメンを食す。炒肉麺（チャーローメン）とも呼ばれ、マトンなどの肉と野菜を炒め、蒸した太めの麺を加えている。ラーメンとも焼きそばとも異なる独特の風味。酢をかけて食べるように勧めているので、疲れた体にはちょうどいいかもしれない。 

In order to approach Takato Castle ruins park by bicycle, do not cross the Takato-ohashi bridge the National Route 153 heading for the Thuetuki pass, it is better to choose a small road beside Hakusan Tunnel from the intersection of "Ohara" in front.  The uphill is gradual and the distance is short, so it is surprisingly easy to arrive.（Photo / View from the Hakusan bridge across the river）

自転車で高遠城址公園にアプローチするには、杖突峠へ向かう国道152号の高遠大橋を渡らず手前の「小原」の交差点から白山トンネル横の小道を上るのが良い。上り坂が緩やかで距離も短いので意外なほど楽に着くことができる。（写真／三峰川を渡る白山橋から望む）
